Some of my daily activities involve but are not limited to the following: • Using our current CMMS I schedule all GSE maintenance be it planned or otherwise on all GSE assts to include both first line GSE and none also including fleet vehicles. • In an ongoing effort to assist in the continuous development of maintenance requirements and access of manuals for use I created a folder on SharePoint that we call GSE AMS (Ground Support Equipment Asset Management System) that contains a sub folder for every asset that falls under GSE care. In each folder there are multiple pictures for a quick visual identification and all available maintenance documentation. • In the past several years I’ve assisted in the vetting and acquisition of multiple GSE assets as well as having written several hundred maintenance requirements. • As often as time permits, I check to see if there have been updates to the owners/maintenance manuals and update the maintenance requirements as needed. • I’ve always urged the shop to operate as if a future astronaut could be walking by at any time. • In the first quarter of this year, I was responsible for the complete transition of our use from UM to Limble.
