  Sage Sustainable Electronics leads the market in sustainable IT asset management and disposition by reusing more and recycling less. As an Account Manager I worked to support and build relationships with our clients and partners to increase engagement and outcomes, all in an effort to promote sustainable electronics recycling. With assigned accounts, I managed all communications and requests, provided reporting, maintained inventory thresholds, coordinated logistics, and managed large special projects. Additionally I coordinated the Sage GoodTogether® program which works to bridge the digital divide by taking refurbished surplus IT equipment and electronics and finds it a new home with those in need by partnering with nonprofit organizations.

  The Ohio Diversity Council seeks to to curate space and design instruction that creates opportunity for productive conversation around diversity, inclusion, and equity. As Program Manager I lead efforts to maximize engagement with our corporate partners across Ohio and Indiana. This was executed by developing content and framework for individual and regional event series, managing our Advisory Board communications and activity across the year, and continually identifying opportunities to build lasting relationships. I was responsible for the curation, coordination, and execution of 30+ conference style events across Ohio and Indiana annually, all aimed at providing diversity, equity, and inclusion training and development to businesses. I acted as lead point of contact for all events and advisory board coordination and was tasked with engaging 120+ partner companies across the state to ensure maximum exposure and utilization of benefits. I lead fundraising effort for all events to ensure profitability, and worked with my Director to identify opportunities for development and growth. I was promoted from a Coordinator role in January, 2019
