I had the privilege of working with Cheryl at IHS, in sales and sales training development roles. As an Account Executive, Cheryl was awarded multiple times as a top achiever. She had a customer centric selling style and had an approachable way of determining exactly the needs of her customers. In her training and development positions, Cheryl was very instrumental in helping design and develop custom Customer Launch Programs as well as training and education tools. These programs and tools not only helped roll out the new software to an organization where needed, they also helped confirm to management their ROI. She was always concerned that the solutions she offered or training and development programs developed were aligned to the business goals and outcomes of the customer or our internal needs at IHS. Cheryl is a very innovative and resourceful individual. She is also an excellent team player and communicator. On a personal level, Cheryl is a thoughtful, caring person. Always true to her word. I would highly recommend her and her company without question.
