MARK MARZEOTTI
Alex came to Disston the summer of 2011 from Umass – Dartmouth where he had just completed his junior year. Although Alex’s major was marketing and he was an honor student, I still had my doubts about the amount and type of work I could load on Alex's shoulders. Much to my delight, regardless of the tasks that I threw at Alex, he handled them professionally and efficiently. He worked on numerous projects simultaneously, many of which forced him to interact with several different departments throughout the organization. These projects included but not limited to: Press releases (on products he had little to no experience), entire corporate catalog revision (worked directly with outside 3rd party design firm completing some 14 iterations to final completion). The time that Alex had spent and contributions he has made at Disston Company, will surely have an impact on the organization for years to come. I wish Alex all the best and rest assured, that what ever company or endeavor Alex sets out for, success is a guarantee.
