Dan is a very talented contractor, who is exceptional at nearly every aspect of construction. I used APTI to demo old tile and install nearly 1000ft2 of new tile in my downstairs. With a few accent tiles, and a change in pattern, my floors looked completely custom at a reasonable price. Dan delivered on time (complete job in 6 days) and I am extremely pleased with my floors. I would recommend Dan for any build/install or finish work in my house.
