I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sarah for the past two years at Sally Beauty. Sarah came into a chaotic and unorganized Creative Department and was able to very quickly add process, accountability and ownership that was critical to move the business forward. She keeps projects on track and seamlessly adjusts timelines, workloads and follow through in the midst of ever changing priorities. She is an excellent business partner and I highly recommend her!

Few people truly embody the definition of word, "partnership" the way Sarah does. On any given project, she wasn't just a spoke in the wheel, but owned the project with you and went over and above to make sure it was done properly. Sarah went over and above her role as a whole as well, being completely solution driven and always taking things a step further. With one particular client, she built a relationship that was as strong as mine and came through in a huge way. At one point, we had a deliverable that fell through for a program that was going live 3 days later. She not only found a solution, but found a creative solve to make her solution even better. For the same client, she also created an entire, ground up merchandising solution/package that was rolled out system wide and increased sales for the channel on all participating CPG products. The big headline with Sarah is that she gets results; for clients, for team members and all across the board. I LOVE working with Sarah - she is an amazing co-worker and person in general. She truly cares about the work, which anyone can see going through even a single project with her. The way she approaches relationships, both internal and external, are invaluable to any company and I am truly happy about all of the time I have been able to work with her (upwards of 8 years). Overall, Sarah is an amazing asset, amazing worker and an amazing person.
