Organize and conduct education sessions on good health & nutrition like IYCF Practices, Maternal Nutrition, ANC, PNC, Proper Hygiene Practice, Reproductive Health, Nutritious Food Demonstration, Local Taboos etc to Mother & Child Forums, Adolescent Clubs and Prosperity Village Committees. 4. Assess all children & adolescent girls presenting with low weight/MUAC/BMI or other forms of malnutrition. Referral of SAM children to SAM Corner of Upazila Health Complex and ensure treatment access. 5. Door to door household visit. Conduct Satellite Clinics for remote areas people. 6. Provide capacity building training for CNHP and Monitor the daily activities of CNHP’s. 7. Build rapport and understanding with Upazila Health Complex, UH&FWC, Community Clinic's staffs and attend their monthly meetings. 8. Producing and maintaining records of nutrition component activities. Work collaboratively with Livelihood & Community Mobilization components to achieve project goal. 9.
