Ignacio has superbly supported the mission of the Library of Congress web archiving team over the last 7 years. His understanding of user interface design and programming led to the development of a tool to successfully manage a variety of web archiving work processes. This tool has received many user accolades as easy to learn and understand. He has a rare gift that successfully translates user needs to programming interfaces and design. He is a valued team member who has contributed significantly. If something needed to be done, Ignacio was the go to person.

Nicholas Taylor

Ignacio's solid understanding of both our business requirements and our web archiving tool stack capabilities allowed the team to converge quickly on development specifications and frequently yielded novel technical solutions. He was never daunted to efficiently render even the most convoluted workflows in code.
