To whom it may concern: I have had the pleasure to meet Mr. Niels Nielsen several times during my professional career and have ended up mentoring him the last several years. My first experience was back in 2000 when Crisplant was developing a new baggage handling system for Munich Airport T2. Niels came to our company for a short internship. He entered the group of engineers in a wonderful genuine and pragmatic way and was soon an integrated part of my team. He was obviously very interested in creating new products and learned within a week to create models in 3D Solid Work. The second time was in ADCO Corporation where we in Denmark had an assembly plant. The same pattern and the same approach as in Crisplant.
