Ashley and I worked together within our local IIDA Chapter. Ashley lead the effort to grow the Pittsburgh City Center during my time as Chapter President. She came to the Chapter Board enthusiastic with fresh ideas and worked hard to accomplish putting on many successful events. Communicating from opposite ends of the state can be difficult, but Ashley would make her self available for check ins and give us honest updates that allowed our Chapter's mission to strengthen the design community in her area. After her term ended, she went above and beyond to mentor her role's successor and remains active and supportive of the organization. I loved working with Ashley and hope our paths cross again!
