I had the pleasure of working with Saurabh for almost 5 years at my first startup where Saurabh initially joined as an Inside Sales Executive. The first thing I and the entire team noticed about Saurabh was his attitude to learn anything that may be needed to get the job done and in general help the team. Although he had very specific tasks/goals at hand related to Business Development, he went out of the way to contribute to other functions including marketing, operations, and customer support. He quickly learned new skills including digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX design and product management to contribute significantly towards the growth of the company. Saurabh is very entrepreneurial as is reflected in his career choices and is always looking to spot areas where customers/users have a pain point and how suitable solutions can be developed to enable new lines of revenue for the business.
