Khobaib Chowdhury
Talented individual, directly worked with me for a year. He was part of our Young Leadership Program (similar to the management trainee program) and graduated in marketing. Though he is very young in his professional career, we made sure he learned a lot in the advanced level of digital marketing, i.e. sales funnel development (we follow the 3A3R model), UAC and google ads, lead gen, App marketing, Dynamic ads, content and SMS marketing, push notifications, etc. A calm and fun individual to work with, hungry, and passionate to learn. A fast learner. His background in tech made him technical and data-driven, besides he is creative enough to pull off any marketing campaigns and strategies. The only drawback is he is a bit too emotional that could distract him in his career path, but I feel over maturity, he will be able to fix this.
