I had the privilege and honour of working with Ruthie as Membership Director, reporting to her in her capacity as CEO of the UK Health Coaches Association. Quite simply, there is no one I know who could have achieved what Ruthie achieved with and for the Association. The 1st of its kind in the world, the UK Health Coaches Association grew literally from nothing to where several hundred focussed and engaged members came together for support and to learn & grow in their profession. From the development of vision, mission, values, goals and a 'forward plan' it was under Ruthie's stewardship that a robust framework was developed to underpin the future success of the UKHCA. Ruthie holds herself and her work to the very highest standards.
