I had the privilege and honour of working with Ruthie as Membership Director, reporting to her in her capacity as CEO of the UK Health Coaches Association. Quite simply, there is no one I know who could have achieved what Ruthie achieved with and for the Association. The 1st of its kind in the world, the UK Health Coaches Association grew literally from nothing to where several hundred focussed and engaged members came together for support and to learn & grow in their profession. From the development of vision, mission, values, goals and a 'forward plan' it was under Ruthie's stewardship that a robust framework was developed to underpin the future success of the UKHCA. Ruthie holds herself and her work to the very highest standards. She is a great and true leader giving time and energy to each of her team members and is brilliant at harnessing the drive and enthusiasm of that team to keep it moving in the direction of mission and agreed goals. In terms of the UKHCA, where volunteers keep the organisation in building and growing mode, she has the wisdom to understand how to get the best out of all involved with patience, kindness and understanding. Branding is a passion of hers and Ruthie's diligence in this area provided the cornerstone of the positioning of the UKHCA for members but also for observers and clients in the private sector as well as with connections in the public sector. Ruthie is an amazing lady to work with, is able to craft and create the strategic intent of any given project, create a plan to map the path to success as well as dive deep to 'get the job done'. She's tireless, generous, dedicated, gutsy, respectful, kind and an amazing lady to work with. As said, it was an honour and privilege to have done so. Written & shared with the very deepest respect, Ruthie. And heartfelt thanks.

I couldn't recommend a better Leader whose style is filled with grace, dignity and wisdom. Ruth's time at time at the UKHCA was one of huge growth and required a strong and big vision. Ruth has the ability to see past the boundaries and is able to navigate possibility with a logical yet utterly inspiring rhythm. Her understanding of the brand and ability to include that in her vision is seamless and subtle. But perhaps her greatest strength is her interpersonal skills. She is fair, inclusive and her etiquette and communication skills inspires those who she works with to join in wholeheartedly. A fantastic leader with agility and her core values at the heart of all she does. A huge and special asset to any organisation.
