I had the pleasure of working alongside Cate for 13 months on the Marketing Team at PenFed Realty. Cate is extremely efficient, organized, and innovative. She is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge and greatly helped me adjust to the new workplace during the first few months of my employment. She would lend a helping hand in all situations--even when it involved an issue she was not familiar with. She works diligently, frequently going above-and-beyond with her duties; for example, she invests in the company's goals and values and actively improves processes, leading meetings to discuss pain points and propose solutions. I genuinely cannot recommend her enough, I'm eager to have another opportunity to collaborate with her again in the future.
