  Even in a practice that prides itself on longevity of service, Allen stands out. A Founding Partner, he was onsite "when the doors opened" back in 1968. More than four decades later, he's still hard at work, serving clients while nurturing and developing DDK and its talented staff. Allen heads up the Litigation Support Team, has extensive experience in the Real Estate practice, and continues to advise clients with new and emerging businesses. "I enjoy working with start-up ventures and have seen many young companies grow into multi-million dollar enterprises over the years," he says. "After 40 plus years, I'm still excited to come to work every day because there are always new challenges and new people to meet. I enjoy facing new problems and finding solutions to them."
