Developed and introduced new products, introduced and implemented ERP system, introduced and developed procedures to achieve ISO 9001 2000 certification, introduced and developed H&S policies and practice to achieve ROSPA Gold Award for health and safety, implemented extensive redundancy program as a result of restructuring and achieved a sustained profitable growth of the business to 2008.
