  Effectively managed critical, multimillion-dollar fuel surveillance assets within the Quality Assurance Division, conducting daily, weekly and quarterly status reports with senior division chiefs and prepared and presented quarterly reports to executive officers. Implemented and maintained a strict aviation Fuel Surveillance QA Program that resulted in flawless program review scores during a 2011 fleet-wide Naval Air programs safety inspection, contributing to the units highly rated safety record. Continuously monitored and implemented methods and techniques to promote maximum ground safety, safety of flight, and material readiness of squadron’s assets and personnel, resulting in no personnel or aircraft losses during seven-month aircraft carrier deployment in 2010. Lead specialized emergency maintenance teams on unscheduled, out-of-state operations to repair transient aircraft that had been grounded due to mechanical errors. Coordinated with senior level department heads and senior flight controllers during daily meetings for the planning and implementation of all flights, maintenance, and training schedules, building strong cross-departmental relationships with division managers.
