Will is a "can do" type of employee. No mater what the job, Will gets it done and has a terrific attitude towards everyone. Nothing seems to rattle his cage, as he is on top of his work a all times. Whenever he has been asked to step out of his role to help in another area, he always responds positively and offers assistance without hesitation. Will is a valued member of the Entercom team.

Will has a great attitude. He was always willing to go the extra mile as part of our game operations staff. He was good with our customers as well as our other game day staff. In his role at WSSP, our flagship radio station, we've worked together on several remote broadcasts and I can tell you that when I see Will is on-site I know that everything will be ready to go on time. Will has a bright future and I believe he'd do a great job for whomever has him on staff.

I was brought in to handle the store's online order fulfilment and assist with curbside pick up. I took an active approach to learning my new environment and branched throughout the store. I became licensed to use the forklift, ballymore, and 2 other lift vehicles. I learned how to mix paint and cut lumber, allowing me to help more customers and better assist my co-workers. Duties include gathering items throughout the store and staging them for pick up, processing special ordered items from receiving and staging those, ship out local deliveries, assisting associates in all departments when needed, cashier, process returns, and cleaning.

Assisted with ensuring every jobsite had all the building materials needed for the given job. If a crew needed more material or ran out of something I would make the supply run. After the jobs were completed I would gather leftover material and return, keeping every return well documented. They had me do a bit of painting for them as well. Conduct assigned duties at a polling site on Election Day. I usually work the voting site in my neighborhood. Duties include issuing ballots to registered voters, registering voters, monitoring the voting equipment, explaining how to mark the ballot or use the voting equipment or counting votes. I’m for bettering society for everyone, the environment, and doing the right thing. Not a party preacher or into choosing sides. I enjoyed seeing the logistics, collection, and turnout of elections! • Assistant Promotions Director - Milwaukee
      • Mar 2011 - Apr 2020

In this role I was responsible for ensuring all events for three radio stations operated efficiently and were up to client’s expectations. The 3 amazing stations are Milwaukee’s 103.7 Kiss FM, 99.1 The Mix, and 1250 The Fan. Station events included live broadcasts, jock appearances, charity events, movie screenings, sporting events, various concerts, celebrity appearances, numerous fairs and festivals, as well as miscellaneous events around town. I collaborated directly with our clients, Promotions and Program Directors, Sales Managers, and Account Executives on event requirements and planning. I was responsible for all recruitment, training, and management of all Promotions Assistants and Interns. Depending on the season the team size varied between 15 to 25 people. In addition to Event Management I assisted the Promotions Director with day to day tasks. These tasks included website management, contributing in client meetings, event coordination, social media updates/posts, contest building, legal training, and monitor online content to ensure all is up to Entercom’s standards and legal. Also had the pleasure of giving visitor and school tours of our facility. The job required constant multitasking and attention to detail.

Provided support for Account Services and Media Operations personnel with duties that included research, database development, interview transcription, video uploads, media auditing, and competitor assessments. In addition to my other duties, I was assigned to work on one of their accounts specifically. For that account I communicated on behalf of the Account Executive to the client updates, replied to any questions client had, and requested any needed information. I also proof read all of the creative material for that account as well. Overall great learning experience and got the chance to work with some great people.
