Working alongside Kat in a team project for a client was a fantastic experience. From the get-go, she took the initiative to lead the team when needed, bringing focus to our work and keeping us on track to deliver on timelines. This was testament to her aptitude for product management and human-centred design thinking. Her interpersonal skills were impressive, enabling her to know when to lead and when to support others in the team. She had a comprehensive understanding of agile workflows and the tools needed to work within it, but was innovative with problem-solving. Kat is a well-rounded individual with exceptionally demonstrated hard and soft skills, and will be an asset wherever she goes.

I worked on a client project with Katrice, she has extensive experience in user experience, design thinking and client management. As a Broad-minded UX Designer - her exceptional workflow, creativity and understanding of change requests made the project a dream. Katrice can be relied upon for excellent attention to detail, goal-oriented and knowledge about the human-centred design process. She is someone with great skills and profound expertise in advanced business solutions. During this project, she effectively communicated and coordinated meetings with key stakeholders and clients. UX Designer like Katrice is not only a reliable and forward-thinking but also an inspiring team player. Working with Katrice, we managed to generate outstanding results for our client, Atonce. I've always felt Katrice was one of the best member I have ever had the opportunity of working with.

Starting as a passion project, my Co-Founder and I were accepted into an early stage startup founder program to further explore our app idea, 'Talk to Maple'. Following the challenges that arose during and post-COVID, Talk to Maple is a self-care, A.I. powered digital companion app, targeting young people (Gen-Z) to help them build better self-care habits and ultimately improve their mental health. We used no-code tools to build and launch our app to both Apple and Android app stores, receiving hundreds of downloads over the course of the program and great feedback from early users. Following extensive initial market research, as part of this project I designed and built our website landing page, used to initially capture email sign-ups and then later to drive traffic to our app store listings and increase install rates. I designed the company and app branding, positioning and tone, with a specific focus on targeting and capturing attention from our target users; Gen-Z. I also undertook additional marketing activities to engage our early advocates, such as sending custom merchandise and having an active social media presence. Alongside executing our marketing strategy, I utilised tools such as google analytics, and querying the database directly to gain insights into our users' behaviours and make enhancements to further boost app usage and engagement. At Culture Amp I was able to learn how to apply my product and design skills at scale. Through my deep understanding of our customers and ensuring a human-centred design approach, I was able to deliver features that spanned across multiple areas of the platform. I worked collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder buy-in at each step of the way and ensured new feature releases were communicated effectively both company wide and to our customers. At Muso I was the companies first Product Manager, and lead all product operations to launch their product into their first international market (UK). As PM, I lead market research activities to understand user motivations and segment our customers, ensuring are targeting and positioning was effective for our upcoming launch. Utilising my understanding of customer pains, I honed in on opportunities for innovation and wire-framed, prototyped and iterated on product feature ideas alongside the founders, customers and the development team to arrive at the best possible solution. I used my skills in UX and UI design to ensure the User Experience across our new product suite was cohesive, elegant and achieved our goal of increasing user retention. Taking inspiration from the world around me, I was able to design powerful user flows that helped our customers speed up their workflows and overall save them hours of time each month. Show less

Working with all departments throughout the company, I bridged the gap between customers, sales team, support teams and the development teams. Through regular customer interviews and utilising qualitative and quantitative data, I gained a deep understand of our customers' pain points and applied a human-centred design approach to develop a solution that solves the right problems. I created wireframes and prototypes using Figma to gain input from the development team and continuously iterated through user testing and customer feedback to deliver great product features that our customers loved. As part of our growth strategy, I designed, built and wrote copy for the product's new website to act as a sales lever as well as designed and built the customer-facing knowledge base, including copy for support articles to further engage existing customers.I then led a project to launch an acquired UK product into the Australian market, creating the internationalisation roadmap and leading the development through to successful pilot launch.
