Alice worked for me directly for 2 1/2 years from mid 2007 to the end of 2009. After that until the end of January 2012, she reported to another Director but she and I continued to work together. Despite being new to the industry she picked up the key concepts very quickly, a testament to her abilities, and started to make changes and add value much sooner than I would have expected. She managed stakeholder relationships very well and had a good rapport with her staff and colleagues. She was a key member of the team that liaised with our funding partners supporting, particularly, residual/portfolio risk which was their fundamental area of concern.
