Jordan helped me out with insurance for a local Not-for-Profit organization. He was great to work with and made the experience very easy/smooth on our end. All we had to do was to provide some basic information and he took care of all the paperwork, including switching us from our previous provider. Moreover, Jordan took the time to come to our board meeting and explain the pros/cons of our existing coverage versus what he offered. He went over all our options without hard selling us on anything. He was very forthright about the coverages that were more critical versus those we could do without.

I asked Jordan because of his involvement with the local builders association to come in and give us a quote on Business insurance. My point of need came into being when the company I was with, which had providing the best rates they could, had to raise their rates. I needed the best rates and service I could get to stay competitive in my market place. Jordan and his boss were able to find me better coverage at a better price. I've always had excellent insurance people to work with, but none has provided better service that Jordan and his professional crew! And he came to my office, with donuts in hand. That was a first!
