As BIM Manager I am tasked with ensuring a strong and successful BIM adoption across Benoy by ensuring the project teams are following Benoy and/or any project specific standards and protocols and enabling individuals and project teams to adopt "Best Practice" workflows, procedures and standards. My key responsibilities include:-Monitoring and identifying any region-specific government BIM changes, developments or trends. -Maintaining records of BIM projects, team members using BIM / Revit and the levels of experience and training received within the studios. -Identify BIM deliverables on new projects and draft the BEP. -Assist the project BIM coordinators and project teams with BIM management and coordination of BIM project data sets /workflows and project set up. -Liaise with IT to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to the Project BIM Coordinators and project teams.-Technical management and creation of project BIM data sets.-Manage and maintain project content and source additional source content for teams. -Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team.

Project Coordinator- Studio BIM Coordinator

As Studio BIM Coordinator I am tasked to provide local support within the studio for all BIMprojects as well as share local knowledge on BIM trends and requirements within theregions. I liaise with the Global Coordinators and other Studio BIM Coordinatorsto facilitate knowledge sharing and new ideas across Benoy.As the Studio BIM Coordinator I am required to fulfil the following key duties:• Assist Project BIM Champions with project set up and management of BIM projects inline with the Benoy BIM Implementation Strategy and Standards;• Coordinate studio training, alongside directors and project leaders, for both new andadvanced users when required;• Maintain a record of BIM projects, team members using BIM / Revit and the levels ofexperience/training received within their studio;• Provide local knowledge for current and future requirements relating to BIM, from localgovernment proposals to client or other market requirements;• Liaise with the BIM Coordination team to share knowledge gained from each project;• Assist in the development of Benoy’s Global BIM Strategy and Standards as well aslocal studio strategies; and• Assist in the production and maintenance of the Benoy BIM Families Library.
