Melissa and I worked together for two years at Powers Distributing from 2014-2016. Melissa went through Powers' training program in a very quick amount of time and was able to easily grasp the material that was presented to her and showed a sense of urgency in a very fast pace work environment and industry. While in the on-premise department, Melissa was able to show great leadership skills as it did not take long for her to become a team leader on her team. She showed great attention to detail and was selected as employee of the month on countless occasions due to her constant ability to hit sales goals and her ability to teach and mentor some of the newer team members. Melissa worked with over 110 clients and showed great listening and communication skills as she was able to understand her customers needs and find solutions to help their business grow. She was an asset to Powers Distributing in her time with the company!
