From the onset of the project, Isabelle was extremely helpful in answering critical questions, reviewing certain documents, and participating in brainstorming sessions. The project enjoyed success largely due to Isabelle’s constant leadership and direction. The team had access to ask Isabelle any questions or concerns during the course of the internship. She was dedicated to helping myself and my team achieve success by maintaining an open door policy. Her ability to constantly check-in and stay on track, but not micro-manage, speaks volumes about her leading-by-example style. I was particularly impressed by Isabelle’s ability to communicate and interact with a variety of different individuals; it was clear she knew how to effectively engage with different people.
