I transport patients from hospitals all over Northern Virginia to more appropriate facilities for their conditions, whether that be a hospital with higher capabilities for patient needs, a skilled nursing facility for rehabilitation, or a residence for recovery. Depending on the shift, I work with drivers, other EMTs, paramedics, or critical care technicians as well as nurses, LPNs, and physicians to provide a comfortable transition between facilities while ensuring that all patient needs are adequately met. I teach snowboarding to Williams students during Winter Study at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. I give lessons to all levels of skill; from beginner through advanced. These lessons cover basic terminology and familiarity with a snowboard leading to and including the ability to connect turns to navigate safely and skillfully navigate down a slope of green difficulty, with many students excelling at blue or black slopes within 3 lessons I teach snowboarding to Williams students during Winter Study at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort.
