The following documents were delivered: • a high level document with an functional overview of all processes within the PEPA OUT process • a technical inventory of all JCLs, programs and online application screens I wrote also the documentation of different functional and technical parts concerning the following processes: • the receiving and conversion of the files coming from SFPD (Federal Pension Fund ) • the loading of batches and international payments into the database • the validation treatment of the international pension payments • the accounting treatment • the sending of international pension payments to the different countries • the handling of the ROF (return of funds = cancellations of pension payments) from the corresponding banks of beneficiaries • the online application PEPA OUT that is used for manually interventions during all the processes Show less
