Within the Steel Section, my responsibilities encompass: - Generating fabrication drawings based on shop drawings. - Calculating raw material requirements. - Planning and allocating tasks to various fabrication stations. - Creating DXF and nests files for laser and waterjet machines. - Ensuring optimal production efficiency and product quality. - Collaborating closely with the on-site team to accommodate modifications and maintain welding quality, including coordinating third-party NDT inspections. In the CNC Section, I am responsible for: - Programming and supervising the operation of 4-axis and 3-axis CNC router machines. - Conducting machine maintenance. - Performing 3D scanning and refining of raw files. To fulfill these responsibilities effectively, I utilize a diverse range of software tools, including Solidworks, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Geomagic Design X, PowerMill, and ArtCAM.
