In my role as the Family Administrator of Grace Ann Arbor church, I worked closely with our staff, volunteers, and families to provide a safe and engaging learning experience for children. I was responsible for supervising a volunteer team of 100+ people and worked hard to manage their needs and requests as I prepared a weekly rotating schedule of 34 positions. I'm also very proficient in using all of the software programs used to manage a church of 700+ people and enjoy learning new technologies. Furthermore, I have helped to develop a parenting workshop we offered multiple times a year to our congregation in order to equip and prepare parents for the challenges of parenthood. During the workshop, I lead several sessions as well as facilitate small group discussion. I also enjoyed training new volunteers in our policies and procedures to help them succeed in their roles in the classroom and planned and executed annual congregational events. Additionally, I took on an additional role as the Pastoral Assistant to our Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor. In this position, I managed the pastors' calendars, gathered and analyzed data reports on member engagement, and organized social and philanthropic events and special projects. I enjoyed keeping our office running efficiently and anticipating the needs of our leadership team and my co-workers as we served our members and the surrounding community.

During my time at TD Bank, I rose to the position of Senior Customer Service Representative and Head Teller. I was also pursuing a training program to become an Assistant Branch Manager. I was responsible for handling sensitive customer information, following strict bank protocols, cash management of our high volume branch, and custodianship of the branch vault of up to $1 million. I worked closely with customers to resolve issues with their individual accounts as well as resolving differences in our teller work. I developed excellent customer service skills and was named both an Employee of the Month and an Employee of the Quarter during my time there.
