I have known and worked with Debbie for over a couple of years and have witnessed how quickly she got up to speed with the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all components our product - Desktop application, Web, API, Mobile Apps, databases (MS SQL). She was applying her expertise to maintain, support and troubleshoot issues for our SaaS and On-Prem clients. But not only this, she was always the first line responder to internal Technical support for our teammates - always quick to act on any issue or incidents that needed attention no matter the origin - various software or hardware issues. Debbie was always ready to help and fix problems, always landing a helping hand. There was no surprise how quickly she become a trusted person that everybody was reaching out first to about various technical issues resolution. Debbie was highly engaged and productive. She was continuously praised by teammates and managers regarding her presence and diligence. She kept her professional development growth going, expanding her knowledge on security and later developing and implementing Security awareness training throughout the organization. Debbie always was looking for ways to take the initiative and make her teammates work more efficiently. She continuously was embracing new challenges, eager to learn and help.
