As a project manager, my responsibilities include building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders, converting business mandates into fully-fledged strategic projects, and leading multidisciplinary teams to success. I blend waterfall and agile methodologies to deliver on business objectives, while monitoring project performance against agreed tolerances for time, cost, and quality. To manage risks and develop contingency plans, I maintain a RAID log. I also provide performance updates and manage expectations, while closing projects and compiling lessons learned, and provide reports on project performance, benefits, and outputs. I have experience managing a diverse range of projects, including ERP implementations and integrations, CMS functionality and website development, production warehouse relocations, core process audits, data audits, marketing channel solutions and integrations, and new product development. Overall, my expertise in project management allows me to effectively deliver results and drive success for my organisation.
