I highly recommend Danielle. Through her time spent working for me in Organizational Development as an intern, I learned that she is driven, highly intelligent, and has a passion for learning. As this was her first internship, I gave her weekly experiences that were different in order to maximize her exposure to all areas of our department, and she did a good job with everything she was given. Early on, she attended our management training program and then created an administrative guide and process map. She learned about our preceptor, coaching and leadership orientation programs, and then conducted a three-year turnover analysis for those three programs plus Managing the Encompass Health Way. She reviewed courses from a new learning vendor and provided recommendations, as well as auditing our development library. She studied the rest of our programs, and completed a SWOT analysis and provided recommendations as part of her intern project. She then capped off her experience with a strong presentation to Home Office leaders. Danielle proved to be highly capable in this body of work, and worked independently once given instructions and requested deliverables. I would gladly work with Danielle again, and just wish we had an opening for her.
