Deanna is the type of employee that every company dreams about...she is bright, professional, presentable, and sharp as any Executive I have ever met. Above all, she is kind and humble. She takes great pride in providing the best possible customer experience to her customers and is dedicated to perfecting the art of service delivery at every opportunity presented to her. I used to tell Deanna that someday she was going to be my boss and the CEO of a major corporation. I can definitely see that in her future. She is teachable, open-minded, and will learn anything you ask of her. When I have my own Customer Service Consulting Business one day, Deanna will be first on my list to hire and represent my company. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. If she lived in Miami, she would be working for me, once again. Whatever company has the opportunity to work with her, they better move quickly before the competition gets to her first!
