      As one of the pioneers and co-founders of the company, have always played an active role. First acted as Enterprise Architect, but in 2016, when the company faced a financial and managerial crisis, took the role of CEO and brought the company to the level of financial sustainability by developing a new area of business. Led the company to the following results:• Raised the company's employee engagement level to 95% through the following steps: o Involved all active employees in the formulation of the new mission, vision and values of the company o Delegated 30-40% of managerial authority to rank-and-file employees, allowed the latter to make independent decisions and take the initiative• Transitioned to a non-hierarchical management model and a divisional (product) organizational structure, which resulted the following: o Software engineer turnover dropped to 5%, against a strong outflow from all local companies abroad and to remote work for foreign companies o Managers freed up to 50% of time from routine operational tasks and were able to focus on strategic goals o Company identified and liquidated two unprofitable products and directed the freed resources to the development of promising products• Conducted a successful merger with a company of identical scale: o Staff losses during the merger were only 6% (not a single resignation - everyone left by choice) o The companies' combined earnings increased from $1.1M to $2M• Initiated transition from bureaucracy to human-centric environment, and promoted the idea that the company's success in innovative areas depends on motivation and internal growth of the rank-and-file employees: o Over the next 2 years, employees, besides regular work, banded together in small groups acting on startup principles and created 8 new productso The heads of 3 of the company's 5 divisions were employees who had not previously held managerial positions, but who revealed leadership qualities in a favorable environment
