The work developed in this period is focused on "the renovation of the control system (relay or wired logic) and the instrumentation of a multi-stage reciprocating compressor used as gas-lift injection by means of a Programmable Logic Controller PLC ". This work was carried out within the Sonatrach DP TFT FGL compressor station (Tin Fouyé Tabankort). As this station is planned to be renovated, this work has focused on the modernization of the CPC 600 control and monitoring system using the SIEMENS S7-400 PLC. The focus of this action has been on the migration of the old (relay) control system to a modern PLC-based control system, with the introduction of a new network of intelligent sensors and transmitters.
