Humbly, I was the only one in Reliance's history to have ever climbed the corporate ladder in just 10 years. My responsibility was to drive excellence in sales & operations to meet the goals of the organization. To do that, I need to be involved in operations such as technical development, online marketing, and sales. At the peak, I was responsible for almost 150 staff working together.
