Few people have the opportunity to work with rockstar team members like Eleadah. I had the pleasure of working with her at PAEA where we developed research and data assets, reports, and education for the membership and public. She was on the research team and I was in creative/communications so we had many opportunities to work on educational assets together. She is highly personable and quickly became the point person for the research grants and scholarships. The whole time, she demonstrated forward-thinking, collaboration, and always maintained high standards for herself and others. I only have great things in his to say about Eleadah and the time I spent working with her.

Elle is a talented writer, researcher, and colleague. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and collaborative nature make her the perfect person to engage with both external and internal audiences. I have really enjoyed working with Elle at PAEA — she's a wonderful colleague, and I highly recommend her for research, communications, and other member-facing roles.

Elle is a high-energy, dynamic professional who exceeds the standards in the writing & editing industry. As a writing coach Elle is passionate about your story and is able to beautifully capture your voice through her writing. Using her connections, intelligence and personality, Elle meets the personal needs of the individual and delivers the business requirements needed to succeed. I look forward to working with Elle on my future projects.

Leading the New Voices Nation initiative in Bedstuy, Brooklyn. New Voices Nation is a youth-led, organizational effort to change the imagery of youth in our communities. In Brooklyn I am working with coordinators and community partners to find and uplift the next generation of leaders, who are already doing amazing work. As Community Project Assistant I am responsible for representing New Voices Nation, and setting an example for TRYBE Force Interns, managing multiple poster initiatives, youth training, and planning for a spring event featuring Bedstuy's incredible young people.

As a writing consultant, I met with hundreds of passionate international students across all fields of study, to build confidence in their English writing and communication skills. In one-on-one assignments my specialty was to connect school assignments with their personal goals to communicate well in writing. I used my passion for creative visualization to help students build confidence in their ideas and knowledge of the English language over time.
