The firm focuses on high end residential new construction, additions, renovations and interior design. Commercial projects include restaurants, commercial buildings and private offices. Managed Satellite Office for three years – In a collaborative space with a high-end residential contractor to streamline production on our shared projects. Responsibilities included staffing; managing; conflict resolution; day to day management of projects; advisory to contractor regarding construction; weekly staff meetings with combined staffs; instituted DISC analysis of employees and potential employees. Project Examples: • Designing Primary and Secondary Residences featured in areas like Short Hills, Mantoloking and Colts Neck, NJ. Coordinating with clients and property managers to expand their compound to include out buildings for antique collectibles, golf facilities and pool houses. Complete renovation of beach front properties and recent remediation of minor damage resulting from hurricane Sandy. Construction budgets ranged $10,000 to $4.5 million from an 80 square ft. bathroom renovations to a new 7,000 sq. ft. home. • Patriot Media switching station addition, Millington, NJ o Creative solution for an 800 sq. ft. addition that did not impact the wetlands surrounding the project and circumvented the need for DEP approvals. • Ethan Allen retail showroom and office space renovation, Watchung, NJ o Cost effective solution for improving the lighting in the existing showroom space, and renovations to existing 1,800 sq. ft. office space.
