Daniel and myself worked together in same company for almost six years. Due to Daniel's sound business knowledge and excellent analytical & communication skills, he was taken in into the ambitious ERP implementation project of EKFC as Super user. Daniel was responsible for the most critical business area of the ERP project - Flights handling and Operations. EKFC's ERP implementation included a complex custom develop for the core business function - we called it Flight catering solution (FCS) - Daniel was the main architect for the development of this module - in his capacity as Super user, he provided all inputs to consultants to build this module and then testing, users acceptance, users training and post implementation activities. Daniel did a fantastic job. He is a professional in it's truest sense, extreme knowledge, excellent communications, very composed and pleasing personality and very meticulous and structured. His man-management skills are superb - he is consistent in his dealings across the layers of hierarchy in the organisation. Always ready for innovation - new ideas, new initiatives. Daniel is a recipe for the success and acceptance of any project, irrespective of it's complexity. I feel priviledged to have had such a professional as my colleague. Daniel will always be remembered in our organization.
B Awasthi
I would describe Daniel as a 'continuous learner' and a 'dream realizer'. He has unique subtle ways of influencing people positively in larger organizational interests, and is capable of diffusing even the most critical scenarios to success stories. We worked on various assignments together since early 2005, and I was fortunate to be working in close coordination with Daniel, him being the leader of the other most critical group of super users of ERP implementation in a niche industry (Flight Catering). Thereafter we continued working together leading respective teams with pioneering roles on new processes, technology and interfaces. His qualities of patience and perseverence are his biggest assets which are a must when exploring new ideas and unforeseen situations. Daniel's wide spectrum of knowledge assists him in simplifying seemingly complex issues and putting pragmatic solutions forward. Daniel has been one of the biggest assets for his team and department, and it will be slightly difficult for any newcomer to reach his levels of excellence in near future. At the same time, I am confident, any organization will be very fortunate to have him as a part of their team.
