Manage a full educational mission of a 160 year old school of Medicine - with a $53 million dollar budget, - manged to a 40+% return on Operations- Top 10 most selective admissions process, integrated, student centered, competence based curriculum, and a social justice, patient, and community centered vision in the Jesuit Tradition.Philanthropy Nearly 20 years in this management position - raised $65 million gifts and pledges (campaign accounted) including the most recent "For Generations to Come" campaign began : Capital projects: Incremental additions over last 10 years of $18.6 m: Integrated learning center, 24/7 Medical library operations, Two digitally enabled large classroom complexes, and Web linked W. Protcor Harvey Clinical Teaching Amphitheater , and Town center Student Lounge space - With five Learning Society clubhouses- We have created $37 million in endowed Scholarships Curriculum: Creation of a Unique, Integrated, Student Centered, competence-based Curriculum- with engaged early clinical exposure and innovative educational spaces. Includes the Endowed W. Proctor Harvey Center for excellence in Clinical teaching.
