We support small business owners who are overwhelmed, underpaid, and have no time in their day by providing critical actionable resources to build a solid business foundation with training, workshops, masterminds, and other experiences that use a community approach for accountability. Along with business basics, a proper mindset is crucial to achieving your dreams. We lead with our success principles certification as the foundation and those business owners stop struggling, make a profit, and have more time in the day to actually live fulfilled lives. Our mission is to provide resources that empower business owners to achieve their idea of success. When Todd started his own decorating business and Aaron watched as a pioneer of the industry’s first podcast, there were a lot of people hoarding all of the information. Both Todd and Aaron saw really nice people fail because they didn’t have the basics. At the 2019 DAX Tinley Park trade show, Todd and Aaron meet for the first time face to face and the conversation turned to this very problem. What they soon discovered was a similar passion with different areas of strength and OSG was born. Todd brings the day-to-day know-how making things easy to understand and Aaron brings impactful ideas, lessons he has learned from the wide range of people he has been able to work with over his career. They no longer want people to struggle and flounder when they start a business, but instead, thrive, hit the ground running, and be good citizens in the markets they intend to enter. We will lead this community with our values of solutions, honesty, hard work, non-judgment, and the desire to make significant impacts in your business!

My role with the company was to work with the management team on one side and then the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical support team on the other side. I was tasked with developing new business through strategic partnerships, out of the box sales programs and innovative and cost-effective marketing campaigns. I also managed a team of core employees who I serve to help improve all aspects of the business. I also developed policies and procedures for how we work with customers, manage our reseller partners and our general day to day operations. I was a key part of the growth of the company where we doubled the size of the business in only 5 years. Due to a change in the core values of the business, I decided it was time for me to go out on my own.

My original role with U.S. Screen was to establish a sales force that would enable a company that did 95% of its business at trade shows, to make money in between shows. I helped plan and build our online e-commerce, set-up sales lead prospecting, helped bring to market new products, and developed a worldwide dealer network. I was in charge of the worldwide dealer network and traveled extensively for trade shows and dealer meetings, both domestically as well as internationally. The company grew from a family business with 8 total employees to a one employing at times over 100 people. In 2006, U. S. Screen was listed as the 12th fastest growing manufacturing company in the United States (by Inc Magazine) and also was Inc Magazine's 537th fastest growing companies in the Inc 5000. As of August 2008, I went back to work for U.S. Screen after their addition of a new Equity Partner, Hirsh Intl. Shortly after Hirsh closed the doors of the company for good and I was one of the last employees in the building trying to take care of as many customers as possible before they were completely out of business.

    • Head Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach

After moving to Boston in May 2007 I found through a local volleyball email list that Brookline was looking for a Freshman Volleyball coach. I developed a team of freshman volleyball players, many of whom had never played volleyball before, into a team that had a good solid foundation of volleyball skills and could effectively run a 5-1 or 6-2 offense as well as a rotational or perimeter defense. I also worked closely with the Varsity Coach to assist him in running a good practice and helped him on the bench to take his team to a regional playoff spot. For the 08/09 Season, I was also the coach if the JV team.

I developed the young men’s technique and also help move them to become a better blocking and defensive team. I worked very closely with the other coaches and helped the head coach with some of the practice plans. I also worked closely with the captains of the team and other team leaders to help them develop the mental aspect of the team. The team was rank its highest national ranking of #6 in the country for all DIII schools by the AVCA, won the NECVA New England Title for the first time in school history, was the ECAC North Champions for the second straight year, had a program record 33 wins in the 2007/08 season.
