  Responsible for developing new dashboards while performing analytics according to requirement for different business users maintaining the existing dashboards on server and enhancing the dashboards from time to time to fulfill the business needs.• Established connections to multiple data sources such as Presto, Oracle, Snowflake to pull the data into Tableau and installed the necessary drivers both on server and desktop.• Published the dashboards, and data sources on to the server by creating extracts and live connections as required by the user. Dashboards include complex charts, user filters, table calculations, parameters, external images, etc.• Upgraded Tableau server from Windows single node cluster to Linux multi node cluster which involved backup and restore of data from previous server. Upgraded Tableau server and desktop to newest version of Tableau as required.• Ruled out the possibility of failure of extract refreshes on Tableau Server by converting the existing full refreshes into incremental where required and developed the new schedule for incremental and full on daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.• Managed all the server activities like granting permissions, adding users, monitoring licenses, validating data on server, investigating job failures, connecting with Tableau support, generating logs and increase performance of the server.• Used and upgraded existing SQL queries to pull the data from different sources and reconciled the data with sources tables. Changed data types, created new columns, eliminated the null values, etc., to use the data for analytics and visualization.• Performed POC for Snowflake and compared with existing data sources on the basis of Dashboard performance, query run time, data profiling, etc. On the basis of results Snowflake was purchased and used.• Used the existing feature of Tableau called Subscriptions and implemented it across the organization.
