      I had undertaken a project to help Inext target their reader segment more effectively and efficiently using activations. The process used was to devise a model that maps I next activations/events with respect to clusters of different reader segments. This was done by identifying the key parameters and proxies to define these clusters. The research methodology to collect information was face to face interviews of actual participants for each event. An x and y axis mapping of the clusters on the basis of the aforementioned parameters was conducted for the research.This project helped Inext understand the behavior and attitude of their target audience towards their activation related activities and gave them a model for conducting more focussed and objective driven activations in future.
