As a Residential Advisor, my job is to work with College staff to support College students and create a fun and safe environment. I provide a presence on a floor in a kind of big-sister role and help students reach their full potential by providing help and support and developing social activities to foster a community spirit. I also hold a duty phone and keys when rostered on duty and I am expected to be on call for any emergencies.
