      I chaired the Midlands region of the Women in Social Housing network. Along with two other colleagues we were able to restart the Midlands after it had previously been disbanded. We recruited a completely new board of 12 other women from across the sector. We delivered multiple events every year which focused on supporting female housing professionals and also created amazing networking opportunities.
