- Administer SoC-hosted minors, second majors, and double degree programme operations: process over 350 applicants per semester, admissions management, module enrolment, managing students' feedback, and provision of student support services to over 200 double degree students and nearly 700 minor & second major students.- Administration of inbound students from student exchange programmes: per semester processing of over 1000 applications, module registration for over 250 applicants, application queries, liaison with Registrar’s Office, Global Relations Office, and partner universities.- Student support services: directly address programme queries from prospective students, current undergraduates, non-graduating (exchange) students, and parents via e-mail, telephone, and reception counter within three to five working days, including lean periods.- Financial Aid & Scholarships administrative support: collate student scholarship claims for faculty approval, and disbursement process support, for over 20 faculty scholars per semester.- Provide secretarial support to Vice Dean of Undergraduate Studies: calendar management and ad-hoc- Manage the Office of Undergraduate Studies' publicity materials (i.e. update website, e-mail blasts, etc to ensure information is accurate and timely).- Provide assistance at University/Faculty level events such as Open Day, Programme Information Sessions, Freshmen Orientation Briefings, Examinations and Commencement as well as ad hoc special projects assigned by Vice Dean or Reporting Manager. E.g. Setting up Zoom Webinar for up to 700 student attendees on Academic Day.

Duties included:- Administrative support for clinical project, including maintaining contact between Principal Investigator and study team.- Patient recruitment; screened patients and obtained informed consent for research participation, according to HBRA guidelines.- Collected, processed, stored and logged patient biological samples.- Maintained study site file and record of patients screened and enrolled in study.

Internship involved laboratory research for investigating endometriosis. Duties included designing and conducting experiments to investigate in-vitro macrophage migration, which involved the following: Transwell migration assay, cytokine and sphingolipid analysis by ELISA, Western blot, siRNA transfection, and protein inhibition studies. Laboratory work was carried out at Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology Centre (SMART). Project was under supervision of Duke-NUS Obstetrics & Gynecology (OBGYN) Academic Clinical Program (Jun - Oct 2018), and subsequently, KK Women's and Children's Hospital (Jan - Jun 2019).
