  RayGen Resources develops and deploys its unique PV Ultra product based on central receiver concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) technology. Raygen has built up a thriving renewable energy technology company from three founding members to over 20 staff.At Raygen I have played a leading role in the development, design and assessment of RayGen's technology resulting in the deployment of 1MW of demonstration solar energy plants. Contributing technical expertise in: solar plant design, photovoltaics, concentrator optics, opto-mechnical design, plant performance assessment, energy modelling and techno-economic analysis. I have also contributed directly to raising over $2.5M in funding from federal and state government grant schemes along with private equity investment.Raygen regularly collaborates with universities on cutting edge projects. Including with UNSW researchers, providing optical and mechanical design on a prototype spectrum splitting module that achieved the highest efficiency ever reported sunlight to electricity conversion.
