      Duties/ Main Areas of Responsibility: To develop and oversee Sir George Monoux Schools Liaison activity both within and without the borough and to manage the Waltham Forest Post-16 STEM Project on behalf of the partnership.The role is responsible for the strategy, policy, work plans and achieving targets in the following:1. To provide information and advice to Year 10 and 11 pupils, encouraging as many school pupils as possible to visit the College and explore the options available to them at Sir George Monoux College.5. To work closely with College staff and services to maximise school leaver recruitment, coupled with providing appropriate information, advice and access to guidance services.6. Research: Produce detailed market research reports and use market intelligence to inform decision-making at Senior Leadership.7. Project Management: Identify and bid for new funding opportunities.8. Undertake STEM Borough Coordinator responsibilities on behalf of the Waltham Forest Post-16 Schools and College's Partnership- leading on STEM Assured accreditation, borough Schools Science Expo event and a STEM Conference CPD event for Teachers across London.9. To project manage the launch of the Gifted and Talented Academy at the college (Feb 2017). 10. To act in the role of Duty Principal as required – to manage student discipline within the college.Budget: £100k
