Acting as a liaison between the Artist, their Tour Management and Fallsview Casino Resort, I coordinated and advanced all non-technical aspects of the Entertainers that performed in the Avalon Ballroom. I prepared various reports and documents including rooming lists, catering riders, and transportation requirements. I was responsible for reading, comprehending and processing all details of artist contracts. Once Entertainers were onsite I made sure that every need was taken care of in order to ensure a successful show including leading meet and greets and facilitating media requests.
