Clothes must become clothes again. This is the vision for NewRetex, which I am working for due to my mini MBA in sustainability. NewRetex is a startup that gives new life to textile waste from all industries, public and private. NewRetex's vision speaks directly into the sustainability agenda. I contribute to the narrative through elaboration of texts for marketing. The brochures have been updated, but not yet the website. A clear communication is crucial for the work in relation to sustainability. I also contribute with an overview and structure of documents, system construction and preparation for certifications. My scientific background and experience with quality and teaching is used through a systematic approach and establishing overview, as well as in professional and targeted communication. Yearly plans divided into 3-4 topics, for each topic define work approach, contents, materials with respect for the students starting point and wishes. Plans and lessons adjusted regularly to meet everyday challenges. Teaching both theory and experiments (physics and chemistry) involving students to improve motivation and responsibility. Using self-produced materials in order to ensure overview and coherence. Focus on students meeting their goals using different platforms, IT programs, creativity and people knowledge, communication, feedback, motivation, facilitation, mentoring, following up, evaluation. During the years I also had the roll mentoring students due to e.g. personal or linguistic challenges. Results ► My students got grades above country average. I decided to quit the job as it felt more and more like "factory work", with a focus on "mass production". This challenged me being a teacher, who tries to focus on the individual in order to maximize the impact of my teaching, to be ambitious on the behalf of the students - by this approach my students grades were always above average in my subjects. Having 150 students each week were too many! So I quit instead of doing a bad job! This puts me in a position to go for a new direction in my career: project management! Show less

E.g. there were misunderstandings due the the P-number, as it could be a production number or a product number.
