Devin is one of the hustle-iest and most energetic folks I've ever had the pleasure to work with! His approach to brand is incredibly forward looking - an actual thought leader and doer :)

Hi Devin, Thank you so much for that call - amazing connection :-) I felt already from your post I responded to that, here's a great person with very similar values and principles who also see the need for change in the world and being keen on driving that action to happen - our call just confirmed what I already sensed. I look forward to a close connection going forward and I would urge anybody like-minded and entrepreneurship spirited to connect with Devin - I'm sure you too will be able to develop a lot of mutual value together.

When I partnered up with BAMF I had a small vision— Pay my bills, and work with amazing influencers. But overtime it changed. We scaled BAMF to 1M+ ARR by the end of 2021. It was a wild journey only made possible by our amazing team, systems, and clients. In the process I got to work with amazing entrepreneurs like: Russell Brunson John Lee Dumas Evan Carmichael Prince Ea Sam Bakhtiar Sujan Patel Eric Su And dozens more...

The Pan Series was my first attempt at true entrepreneurship, and led me to discover the power of marketing and great customer service. You could call this my first "real" job... I started at Chipotle as a part time high schooler as soon as I turned 16 and was able to get a job there. Instantly I was obsessed with helping people and moving up the chain of command. So much so that I chose to graduate a year early and pour myself into creating success with this new opportunity. I managed to climb up to the role "Kitchen Manager" within weeks of graduating highschool, and a few months later I was promoted to "Service Manager". Inspired by the success I had already had in the company I decided to see what my limits were, so I drove myself to become one of the country's youngest Aprentice General Managers, and ultimately General Manager. However as time went on I kept feeling this fleeting feeling of low satisfaction... I loved helping people, and I knew that I was making an impact but it just didn't feel like I was doing what I was born to do. I started working for RAV Drums out of desperation... By that I mean that I desperately wanted a handpan or tonguepan but I didn't have enough money at the time, and my family definitely couldn't afford another $1,000 expense on our already stripped budget. So with this in mind I set out to figure out how to get an instrument for free. After reaching out to dozens of handpan and Tonguepan builders offering to do anything for an instrument the only one to get back to me with… Show more I started working for RAV Drums out of desperation... So with this in mind I set out to figure out how to get an instrument for free. After reaching out to dozens of handpan and Tonguepan builders offering to do anything for an instrument the only one to get back to me with something to do was Andrey Remnikov. At the time he only had a two color website (red and black) and was looking for something that'd truly develop the authority of his instruments in the community. I was sold... even though I had no idea how to build a website. Regardless, I set out to get my hands on as much information about building websites as I could. I scoured the web, local library, the shelves at Barns and Nobles, and finally after two weeks I could understand and write code in HTML5 and CSS3 which allowed me to start tinkering with building a website for the RAV team. But this was only the beginning. As time went on I became encapsulated in the concept that these instruments were going to change the world, and so I set out to every platform at my disposal to tell the world how amazing they were. My main platforms were the handpan form (handpan.org) and Facebook groups, but I was met with some hesitation... Most people were afraid to any amount of money off to a stranger from Russia, and so I took it upon myself to change people's views on these beautiful instruments. Over the course of three years I laid the foundation for RAV Drums to be accepted by the world as a whole and started them on the path they're on today.
